LI LIAN
Li (Elaine) Lian has a master based on environmental sciences studies in Hunan University in China. She works for CTI in China (2011-now). She has 15 years of broad experience from validation and verification of CDM, CCER, ISO14064-1, ISO14067 and auditing of QMS, EMS and EnMS for a wide range of industries including hydropower station, thermal power station, iron and steel, chemical industry, cement, glass making, paper, ceramics, heavy metal smelting.
Li Lian worked for Fuling in 2008-2009, as a engineer with designing several sewage treatment-process. As a consultant in 2009-2011, she has carried out many CDM projects development, such as hydropower plant, wind power, solar power generation, waste heat recovery power generation in cement production, etc.
