Asligul Mamadatoeva

Asligul Mamadatoeva is a Social Development Specialist at the Project Management Group for the Construction of Energy Infrastructure under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, working on the Rogun Hydropower Project. She has experience in environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), stakeholder engagement, and resettlement planning in line with international standards. Her work focuses on strengthening social risk management and promoting inclusive and sustainable outcomes in large-scale hydropower projects.

Asligul has contributed to the review and implementation of key environmental and social documentation for Rogun HPP. She also played a key role in coordinating the International Hydropower Association assessment of the world’s first certified Sebzor Hydropower Plant.
