Eleanor Fraser-Smith

Eleanor Fraser-Smith is Head of Sustainability at Victory Hill Capital Partners, where she leads the development and implementation of the firm’s sustainability investment strategy as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting and engagement. She ensures alignment with impact objectives and the integration of ESG principles across the global energy portfolio of VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc (ENRG).

Prior to joining Victory Hill, Eleanor was responsible for corporate responsibility and sustainability at aerospace and defence company Cobham Plc. She previously worked as a risk advisor in the corporate responsibility team at Marathon Oil, where she focused on identifying and mitigating environmental and social risks across new and existing assets. Earlier in her career, she project-managed the social responsibility working group at IPIECA, the global oil and gas industry association for advancing social and environmental performance.

Eleanor holds an MSc in Sustainable Development (Environmental Management) jointly awarded by Imperial College and SOAS, University of London, and a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences (Genetics) from the University of Edinburgh.
